Do you believe that bad things come in threes? It’s always been a belief in my family that they do. Of course they have to be related. So just a total of 3 random bad things does not mean your streak is over. They have to be three bad cooking things, three bad forgetting things, three bad sick animal things, or say, three bad stuck in airport things…

Yep, I’m stuck in another airport. Seems to be my theme for the summer. First I got stuck overnight in Mpls in May, but that wasn’t so bad because I got to have an impromptu visit with my mom (hi mom!). Then I got stuck in Denver in July, which kinda did really suck as I was leaving for vacation 3 days later. And now here I am in Phoenix. I was only here for the day, flying down this morning to set up for a trade show. Right now we’re delayed 2 hours which puts me home in my bed around 2:30 am tomorrow. Hopefully we’ll really leave on time.

Oh well, at least this means the end of my delayed returning home flight jinx. From now on only delayed departing flights!
