We’re finally back in the eggs. That’s more eggs in 3 days than we’ve gotten since the end May. Pru laid 2 in the last two days, as did Lucy. Agnes and Penny were both good for an egg a day. I’ve got them organized by hen so you can see who lays what color.

The chicks are at that stage where they’re cute from a distance, ugly up close and cute again when you’re all the way there. They’ve got about 60% of their feathers. Still fuzz on the neck and the belly and naked under the wings. But cute! nonetheless.
