This will be short as Jake is having a needy night - needing to find a way to put himself on my lap that is. Not sure if it’s the change in the weather, or my longer hours, or Mike being gone. But typing with one hand is not that much fun.
Anyhow, if you’re thinking of chickens, wanting chickens or just want to meet some of the girls, stop on by the Sustainable Ballard Festival on Saturday and say hello. I’ll be there with Agnes, Lucy and Maisie. We’d love to meet you and tell you more about keeping hens in Puget Sound.
The Festival will be located in Ballard Commons Park and in the Ballard Public Library. Intersection of 22nd Ave NW and NW 57th Street. In Downtown Ballard.
I’ll be there from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm on Saturday.
