Every once in a while I have a moment where I’m looking for one thing, stumble across something else, and think “gosh, how come I didn’t know this before???” Turns out that the Everett Herald has a staff blogger focused on going green and with several great posts on eating local. Check out Sarah Jackson’s blog here.
And while I was checking her out, I stumbled across some other great articles that the Herald has run the last couple of months. Gosh, guess I should check in with the local paper more often! The articles below are well written, informative and most have links to recipes for in-season ingredients and links to other information.
