		<description>I dig your sentiment here and agree completely.  I haven't read the book yet, but from other reading and just paying attention to what feels right have come to pretty much exactly the same place as you describe here.  I am not %100 clean on food, especially now that I'm back in school -- but I'm aware of all my decisions and make them with consciousness.
