The counter offer

Tonight we got the counter offer on the farm we want. It was a totally reasonable counter, nothing surprising, nothing out of line. We meet with our agent tomorrow afternoon to decide our next move. Do we counter their counter? Accept it? What? I guess we won’t know until tomorrow comes around.
So far this process has been shockingly smooth. No hiccups on the buying side so far. Easily got our pre-approval. Everyone’s excited to list our current house. Where’s the catch? Although if it’s meant to be it’s supposed to be easy, right?
