		<description>I routinely bring eggs to campus for my regular customers, and you would not believe all the comments I get as I am carrying them to wherever to deliver.  (Mine are almost always in one of those clear plastic cartoons since my carpool partner saves them for me and she always buys those eggs.)  As a result, I've been invited to speak in several classes on food supply issues and even organized a series of trips which included a visit to 4 seasons farm with Eliot Coleman and I got to go :-).  You never know where the chickens will lead you!</description>
