The counter offer

Tonight we got the counter offer on the farm we want. It was a totally reasonable counter, nothing surprising, nothing out of line. We meet with our agent tomorrow afternoon to decide our next move. Do we counter their counter? Accept it? What? I guess we won’t know until tomorrow comes around.
