		<description>Well, this answers my question about why Southern chickens are so cheap in the store, despite the increased shipping costs.

So now I have a stupid question - you like chicken and don't want to stop eating it.  Where can you buy chicken that isn't processed this way?  I'm sure someone out there is more savvy than I am and can educate me.....</description>
