		<description>Okay, 2 more posts up!  1 is an ingredient list available in southeastern Minnesota right now.  Another is a recipe that, despite its name, was every bit as delicious as the "ready-to-go" stuff I could've bought from the co-op's deli and put over rice.

(Plus, I put it over a rice mix that was 1/2 hand-harvested wild rice!  Expensive stuff...and needs to be washed well before cooking, because otherwise it has a funky taste...but about as small-scale and fair labor as it gets around here.)</description>
