I appreciate the information about the paint. Our house is on the market now and we will be moving to a farm as soon as it sells. I'm sure I'll be doing painting once we get there. I also HATE white walls. A good paint can be hard to find.

I painted our house recently, too. It was my first time! I used BM paints and loved the colours. I'm so happy to hear that they have a good Green paint on the market. By the way, the colours you chose sound beautiful!

Thanks for the tip. I just painted my kitchen, livingroom, dining room and sunroom with regular paint....now i have to do the hallway and all the bedrooms, but was wondering about the low voc/no voc paints. Its worth the extra $$$ not to be breathing in all those toxins..thanks.

Good for you Laura, Zero VOC's the way to go! My wife's big on the color too, so we've experimented with a few different brands. Lately we've been using Olympic Premium. It also covers in one coat, and is green seal approved for zero VOC's. Not trying to contradict you, just telling others of another good option. Looking forward to pics of the decorating, I'm sure it will be gorgeous based on the pics of your last home.
