Sorry for the series of random posts. I’m mentally exhausted adjusting to the new job and trying to keep up with my life.
Sometimes I get fascinated by what comes up in the blog stats. Thought maybe you might be interested too?
My top post ever, aside from things like About Us and the Dark Days Challenge and other pages, is this one about my grandmother’s dill pickle recipe (so good!). It consistently comes up in the top 20 posts every day. Who would have thought?

Did Agnes get beat up when you mixed her with the three others?
The other day I was telling my step-dad how my free ranged birds egg yolks are nice and orange, and he made a face of disgust. We had to explain that his store bought light yellow egg yolks are not as tasty.
Oh, and the other day I read a blog written by a couple who overheard kids in back of their house telling one another not to eat the “grapes” (they were blackberries) because they’re “from outside”. Ha!
